Shirt features official felt number on reverse as worn by playmaker Pablo Aimar. Aimar came through the youth system at River and made 82 senior league appearances before moving to Valencia in 2000.

The squad also included Javier Saviola, Juan Pablo Angel, Cristian Ledesma and Mario Yepes.
