Sheffield United away football shirt 1998/99

Condition: 9/10

Comments: Luminous away shirt worn by Sheffield United in the 1998/99 season. Famously worn during the FA Cup 5th Round tie; Arsenal v Sheffield United. Marc Overmars scored a goal after Nwankwo Kanu failed to sportingly give possession back to the Blades as expected. The Sheff Utd players then left the pitch in protest, resulting in Arsene Wenger offering a rematch (which they also lost 2-1).

Steve Bruce's squad included Paul Devlin, Marcelo, Curtis Woodhouse, Chris Wilder, Shaun Derry and Rob Kozluk.

Official size 42-44". Very light wear to raised sponsor.
