Torino Calcio home football shirt 1998/99

Condition: 9/10

Player: #18 Massimo Crippa

Comments: Rare, long-sleeved, match-issued home shirt from the 1998/99 season. Il Toro finished 2nd in Serie B and successfully claimed promotion back to Serie A.

The Kelme details and sponsor are imprinted within the fabric along with the number 18 on the reverse. This was worn by the legendary Serie A striker - Massimo Crippa.

The shirt has a thick white collar, and the signature Toro emblem subtly covers the torso.

The retro Torino Calcio emblem is embroidered to the chest. This pays homage to the 'Grande Torino' - The Torino side that won five Italian titles through the 1940s who were sadly killed in the Superga air disaster of 1949.
