Comments: Classic home shirt worn by Wolverhampton Wanderers between 1986-88. Wolves progressed to the Fourth Division play-off final in the 1987, but lost 3-0 on aggregate to Aldershot.

However, in 1988 they were crowned champions of the Fourth Division and won promotion whilst also winning the Football League Trophy, beating Burnley 2-0 in the final.

Shirt features commemorative 'Wembley 88' to club emblem.

The squad included Steve Bull, Andy Mutch, Rob Kelly, Jon Purdie and Andy Thompson.

Very feint shadow of a previously-removed #11 on reverse.
