Comments: Classic third shirt worn by Celtic during the 1982/83 campaign which saw the Bhoys finish as runners-up in the Scottish Premier Division, one point behind Dundee United. Celtic did claim the League Cup with a win against rivals Rangers in the final.

The squad also included Roy Aitken, David Moyes, Tommy Burns, Murdo McLeod, Jim McInally and Frank McGarvey.
