Comments: Commemorative home shirt worn by Preston during the Division 1 Play-Off Final against Bolton on 28/05/2001. Unfortunately, the Lilywhites lost 3-0. 

Features gold details rather than blue as per the standard home shirt used between 2000-02.

David Moyes' squad included David Healy, Jon Macken, Graham Alexander, Brian McBride, Sean Gregan, Rob Edwards, Brian Barry-Murphy and Steve Basham.
