Comments: Classic home shirt worn by Stuttgart between 1979-81. Die Roten finished 3rd in the Bundesliga in both years, and reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Cup in 1980 where they lost to fellow-Germans, Borussia Monchengladbach.

The squad included Hansi Muller, Georg Volkert, Hermann Ohlicher, Bernd Förster, Walter Kelsch and Bernd Martin.
